Today was the day for the
technicians from Garage Flooring Pro to install my PolyaSpartic Flooring. The guys arrived at 7am sharp ready to get started. They were very professional. I was explained what was going to take place and approximate time of completion. I felt so confident that I went back into the house and fell asleep. When my doorbell rang, I was told that the job was complete. I almost felt like being in the wait room at a hospital. The floor was absolutely beautiful. I was given complete instructions on caring for the floor. The young man explained everything in great detail. They did an awesome job. I definitely would recommend Garage Flooring Pro, not only for the excellent job, but their price made it possible for me to get this project done. I received quotes from other companies providing the same services including a lifetime warranty, but their prices were ridiculous high.

We recently had a new epoxy floor installed in our garage, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Setting up the appointment with Brett was easy, and he was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from the start. The technician, Bob McGough, was excellent—professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took great care in preparing the surface and explained the process clearly. The finished floor looks beautiful, and I love the color—it’s exactly what we wanted. The finish is smooth, durable, and has completely transformed the space. We highly recommend this company and especially Bob for his outstanding workmanship and attention to detail.

The sales and service experiences were smooth and easy. The results speak for themselves. Our garage floor looks great and will, I think, serve us for years and years. We had the polyurea treatment on the floor, and the price of $899 would be hard to beat.

Customer Service Review – Not Off to a Great Start
I paid in full for my garage project weeks ago and have been scheduled for installation on June 18th. Unfortunately, the customer service experience leading up to installation has been extremely disappointing.
I was told I would receive a call the day before installation with my arrival window. That call never came.
After waiting most of the day, I called multiple times, left over four messages, and received no response from scheduling. I had already made arrangements for the project, including ensuring my garage was cleared and making accommodations for my dogs, so having no communication was frustrating and concerning.
What made the situation worse was that when I finally spoke with a representative, I was initially told that my service had been canceled. This was shocking considering I had already paid in full and had received prior confirmation that I was scheduled for June 18th.
During the conversation, I pointed out that the phone number listed on the invoice and being referenced by the company was not even my phone number, which may explain why I never received any scheduling communications. Despite this obvious discrepancy, no one had contacted me to verify my information or ensure I had received the necessary updates.
After considerable effort on my part, I was eventually told that the installation crew would arrive sometime between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM tomorrow, although even then I was unable to obtain a firm confirmation.
As a customer who paid in advance and has done everything required to prepare for installation, I expected significantly better communication and professionalism. First impressions matter, and so far this experience has created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I remain hopeful that the installation itself will go smoothly and that the quality of work will reflect the investment I made. I will provide a complete and fair review once the project is finished, but at this point I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication leading up to the installation.

The garage floor looks great. Walter and Moe did a great job explaining everything to us about the protective vapor lock and making sure we understood everything. Very attentive to make sure anything was covered. What a huge difference! We are happy with the color. Thanks.
We had our two car garage done today. Our installer, Sam did an amazing job. Arrived early on the hottest day of the year so far with a heat index over 100. Sam hustled like it was 60 degrees and never slowed down. He even called after he left when it started raining to check in. We love our new floor. THANK YOU SAM!
I have to say Daryl, who came out for the demonstration was very knowledgeable about the work and materials that would be used on our patio floor. Both Daryl and the labor crew very punctual and professional. They did a wonderful job and the floor looks fantastic. I would recommend Garage Flooring Pros to anybody looking to get floors done.

These guys are very good. From the estimate to the communication to the installation. Everything was professionally done. The floor looks great and glad I choose these guys to do the job.
After getting a few quotes from various companies, we decided to go with garage flooring pros due to price and the lifetime transferrable warranty. We worked with Bri who was very responsive and informative on what options were available.
On the day of the install, Trey and Eric showed up on time and knocked the whole process out in 4 hours. It was above our expectations and we are extremely happy. Afterwards we had a few questions and Trey came back out and helped with our minor requests a second time for no charge. Very happy customers here.
