I just moved to the North Myrtle beach area and was looking to get epoxy on my garage floor. I chose Garage Floor Pros first because their pricing was much better than other vendors. They showed me so many options I ended up getting my garage floors done and my front and back porch. With flakes which I love. John and Danny were the installers and were so friendly and completed the jobs so quickly. What a great experience! I highly recommend using this vendor.
NO INTEGRITY!!!! I got my appointment scheduled 4 weeks in advance. I get a call THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT stating that the install would be the next day. I was very upset so I cancelled my appointment and demanded my deposit be refunded. The sales rep offered a $500 discount if I kept the appointment. I felt they were attempting to make it right so I went ahead and had the install completed. They ended up charging me full price and said they had to consult upper management regarding the discount. It's been over a week and their still consulting with upper management. All I can say is WOW and BEWARE!!!
Garage Flooring Pros has been so easy to deal with. From the sales person who was very clear to understand our needs, to the office scheduler who has communicated very efficiently and provided us every detail we needed. On the day of epoxy, 2 people came sharp on time and were so efficient in getting the job done. They explained the aftercare perfectly and also cleaned every area around our garage. The end product looks exactly like I imagined. Truly satisfied.

I'm sure it was by accident.
So before your installers leave the job site make sure your grudge store will go up-and-down without issue.

I would like to give praise and kudos to Ga Flooring Pros, starting with the salesperson, Gordon, who came out with his beautiful southern personality that had me laughing and smiling all the way to the finish line. Im so thankful they had the special going on which allowed me to afford to have this done. Special shout out and praise to the installers Garrison and Keon, who were so professional and very pleasant from beginning to the end of the process. I can't give enough praise to this amazing company!
